PREGNANCY /RELAXATION MASSAGE

For those expecting or to reduce anxiety/stress

1 hour relaxing massage treatment that has been carefully designed to reduce stress and anxiety. Also ideal for those expecting or in the post natal period.  This gentle full body treatment is given mainly in the side-lying position, taking care of any aches and pains, relieving anxieties, and increasing those feel good endorphins. 

Please check with your midwife or GP that massage is appropriate for you.

Arm Strength

STRENGTH & CORE CONDITIONING

For those that want to get stronger

Strength training looks different for everyone. These 1-2-1 sessions will be tailored to individual needs, whether you've never discovered your core before or are looking to improve your co-ordination, proprioception and understanding of strength training, these sessions are designed to help you improve whilst still being studio based, with minimal equipment.
