My Story

I’ve been a practicing Sports Therapist since 2010 and have a passion for movement and performance coaching.  Over the years I've furthered my manual therapy skills with various certificates including Manipulative Therapy, Dry Needling, Pregnancy Massage, and Advanced Deep Tissue Techniques. and Counselling Skills.  I've also received industry specific training in movement coaching which is something I feel we can never stop learning about, our bodies are incredible and I'm constantly humbled by the wonderful people I get to work with.

I've held a BHS Equine Coach certificate since 2005 and regularly freelance, so for my equestrian clients I am well versed in the challenges that many riders face in finding a therapist who understands their sport specific problem.  I also had some great years working as a part of The Balanced Rider team, a rider specific physiotherapy service based in Southampton.

My hobbies include aerial arts as well as dressage although I do struggle to find time for both with a busy home life too!

As part of my practice and philosophy, I strive to treat, educate and support my clients, empowering them to live better quality lives and continue in the sports or hobbies they enjoy.

My approach is a combination of both eastern and western methods. If you need a positive, energetic and caring manual therapist, please don’t hesitate to reach out to find out how I can help you.
